This marvelous book contains 574 historical postcards and photos with many views of the city from the past. The oldest one was created after 1839. Texts describing photos are written in Slovak, German, and in Hungarian language. Complete text of the book is translated into English language at the end of the book.
At the beginning of the book is a chapter named From the History of Picture Postcards. Following pages are devoted to postcards with views of the city and with views of particular streets, areas, and Bratislava Castle. (There are together 44 areas).
