Sasvar - now Sastin - Straze, West Slovakia
Uilak - there are many villages with former name Ujlak:
1. Novosad (district Trebisov)
2. Udol (district Stara Lubovna)
3. Velke Zaluzie (district Nitra)
4. Nova Vieska pri Bodrogu, after 1964 merged

the villege Sasvar was near Sollos in east slovakia,Ruthenia.
another villege from that region is: Velky koponya. may be some one heard of the place.

There was a Koponya in Zemplen megye which is Kapona but since 1941 it is incorporated with the village Leles.

Where are you getting the names of the villages from? The Velky is in Slova

Click on Ugocsa megye and there you will locate the village SASVAR and TISZA-UJLAK which were in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and present time Ukraine.
The town of Magyarsas is in Zemplen megye and still in Slova

Thank you again for the sites you gave me. The map site from 1910, mainly complited for me the picture. My mother was born in Secovce, Trebisov, her family lived not far in Uilak/Novesad.

recently I received a new information about the Zicherman family from Bratislava. The information is from the census which took place in 1940. I recieved two new names of places that I never heard about them, the places are: TRSTENIK and SNO
