I am looking for relatives in or near Bratislava and Trnava.
My grandfather was Paul Matula, son of Pavel Matula and Anna (Ondrus) Matulova. He was born in the US and when he was very small, his father took the family and returned to Czechoslovakia.

The city of Trnava's phone book is listing KRAJC'IROVIC'OVA. No Alzbeta but maybe you can compare the old address with the address in the phone book. You might even try sending a letter on the old address. It should have a zip code.

The Matula and Ondrus , Lipar , Krajcirovic surnames came from the Village of Biksard
(now Bikova) near Trnava and all immigrated to Lansford, Coaldale region of Pennsylvania. I Remmeber my Dad refering to a Gabriel Matula. I beleive these name

Daughter of Gayso and Mary Matula. grand-daughter of Jonh and Anna Matula who immigrated to Alberta, Canada about 1928, from Bratislava.
Perhaps we are somehow related.

My Mother was a Lipar. She came from the village of Biksard now (Bukova). In the 1880's there were 2 or 3 Lipar Families in Biksard which is a small village of about 650 people now -- At one time had about 900 inhabitants.
