When did your ancestor come to America? Have you located his manifest? On what sort of paper was the Potocski written? Seems that in Saros megye a village Patacsko and in Zemplen a Potocska.
Since you have Saros than we will concetrate on Saros megy

F.Mork might have been a shipping office or some sort of agent office. You could order the church films for the village Vtackovce and also an 1869 census for the village.

You can hire Mick Sura (I think that is who contacted you) for the research. He is not far from the archive or the ancestral village.
I know of a lot of (Catholic) people who went thru the church records that Mormons filmed.
