Sliač Spa

Sliac is situated in central Slovakia in the valley of Hron, approx. 5 kilometers from Zvolen, on the Polana massif 371 meters above sea level in a vast woodland. There are five curative mineral springs in the spa. Civilization diseases are treated there, especially chronic diseases of the circulatory system. The spa includes a special department for the treatment of post-coronary thrombosis.
