Bukova

The water reservoir near the Bukova village. It is situated at the west side of the Male Karpaty Mts. - Small Carpathians Mountains. Bukova is favorite site of fishermen who like camping around the reservoir.

The water reservoir should be drained and cleaned in 2019(?).

The reservoir can be a starting point for hiking tours to the Male Karpaty, to the Ostry Kamen Castle and Zaruby ridge - the highest point in the Male Karpaty. On the eastern part of Zaruby Ridge is the Smolenice Castle (12 km) and the Driny Cave (15 km).
